I absolutely love the new rustic boho style wedding cakes that are on trend at the moment, from naked cakes to beautifully designed buttercream cakes. Specialising in fresh light sponges, silky italian buttercreams, and homemade curds and jams. You and your guests
will be talking about the taste long after you're wowed by the look.
When I'm not busy baking you'll probably find me coffee shop hopping around Borough Market, shopping in Vauxhall flower market or snapping away on my camera in the sunshine.
I was inspired by great food from a young age as a result of my granddad's famous crème brûlées and my mum's wonderful home cooking. So when I found out I had received a scholarship to study a Cordon Bleu at Tante Marie I was thrilled! I learned so much in my time there, from fish filleting to cake baking and decorating. Possibly most importantly, how to use and combine delicious flavours to produce something beautiful and tasty. Being a bit of a perfectionist doesn't hurt either!
My time since Tante Marie has been a journey, and I've had the pleasure of working for prestegious cake shops such as Primrose Bakery and as wedding cake specialist at Beas of Bloomsbury.
I'm slightly obsessed by weddings, so working with your themes and colour schemes to create something unique for each bride is an absolute pleasure. If you have any enquiries, I'd love you to get in touch at email@example.com and I'll do my best to get back to you quickly!
